PQ for education

I particularly enjoy offering PQ to teachers and students. Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness yet rarely makes the curriculum. Teachers have already benefitted from my PQ programmes particularly during the pandemic. I believe every student could benefit from having PQ tools to manage their mental health before they leave home. Add PQ into the student toolkit along with learning about finances and cooking.   • Our brains are negatively wired to keep us safe, and that often means stuck, in the status quo. Change feels difficult and willpower is exhaustible. This is a hard way to live. Research shows only 20% of us reach our full potential, so with practice there is so much more happiness and fulfilment waiting for us.

    • to weaken your negative thought patterns (your ‘Saboteurs’)

    • to strengthen your inner wisdom (your ‘Sage’)

    • to command your brain to shift between the two

  • I guide you through an app-based 3 month programme that delivers knowledge, content and 15 mins of exercises everyday. It’s simple to use. You are 5 times more likely to complete the programme in a ‘pod’ of others. I facilitate weekly pod meetings and offer ongoing support with 1:1 coaching sessions, check ins and emails. You get measurable results in your happiness and tools to use for life.
